PRODUCT DELIVERY
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance selling agreement. Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
Shipping costs related to product delivery are borne by the buyer. Each product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal 30-day period. If the delivery period is exceeded, buyers may terminate the contract.
Purchased products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
For products that become impossible to sell, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of the situation, and the total amount shall be refunded within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the buyer does not pay for the product or the payment is canceled in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card has been used by unauthorized persons and the amount is not paid by the bank, the buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days.
DELAYED DELIVERIES DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If the product cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or request a delay in delivery. In case of cancellation, a refund will be made within 14 days, depending on the payment method.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and refuse to accept damaged or defective products. Delivered products are considered undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may return the product within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified, and the product must be undamaged and complete.

The right of withdrawal begins on the date the contract is signed for services and on the date of delivery for goods. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller is obligated to refund the total amount within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and to collect the goods within 20 days. If the product is defective, the buyer is obligated to compensate for the damage in proportion to the defect.
PRODUCTS NOT COVERED BY THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Goods in various categories, such as personalized products, products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once opened, single-use products, perishable products, or products with an expiry date, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
