Your Personal Data is Protected!

STONE PANEL has adopted a set of basic rules to fulfill its legal obligations with the utmost care and sensitivity in order to protect the confidentiality of all personal data you share and your fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the privacy of your private life, so that we can provide better service to our valued customers.

By acting in accordance with these fundamental rules, STONE PANEL aims to protect the trust its customers place in STONE PANEL.

As STONE PANEL, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in this “Information Form” text prepared by us as the Data Controller, within the framework of Article 10 titled “Information Obligation of the Data Controller” and “Rights of the Data Subject” in the KVKK. It contains information about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for the collection of your personal data, and your rights to request information about your personal data, request corrections, and other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

Any and all current information you share with our company within the scope of the KVKK will be considered “Personal Data” and will be stored in the most secure manner possible, in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the legislation, for the period required by legal obligations, and in accordance with the legislation and the procedures and principles specified below.

  1. a) Data Controller

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by STONE PANEL as the “Data Controller” within the scope described below.

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data that you have communicated to STONE PANEL may be recorded, stored, preserved, updated for the purpose of continuing services, modified, organized, shared with third parties, classified, and processed.

  1. b) Which Personal Data Will Be Processed and How

Within the scope of your use of STONE PANEL’s products and services, your personal data specified below is processed through our sales offices, our website, and other channels:</ p>

  • Your explicit identity data such as your first name, last name, Turkish ID number, date of birth, and place of birth,
  • Your address, Your Phone Number, Email Address, and other contact details,
  • All kinds of information, including information about real estate related to the product/service you purchased, and your payment details related to these,
  • Other personal data you provide in person in the context of your requests, suggestions, and complaints,
  • Your behavioral and digital footprint information obtained through cookies when you use our websites,
  • Your voice call recordings kept in accordance with company standards,
  • Your camera recordings when you visit our sales offices or workplaces. ul>STONE PANEL does not process special categories of personal data such as data related to a person’s race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect, or other beliefs, attire, membership in associations, foundations, or unions, health, sex life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.
    1. c) Purposes for Which Your Personal Data Will Be Processed

    Your personal data listed above will be processed for the following purposes:

    • To communicate with you,
    • To fulfill the contracts signed for the products and services offered,
    • Providing information about products via e-mail and online advertising,
    • Offering you special campaigns and promotional activities related to our products/services and analyzing your data processed within this scope for statistical and planning activities,
    • Managing customer satisfaction and complaints; fulfilling requests sent through our sales offices, website, etc.; conducting customer satisfaction surveys,
    • Resolving issues related to products and services,
    • Developing products and services and purchasing services from external sources, such as technology and infrastructure services,
    • In accordance with relevant legislation; organizing mandatory information and documents within the framework of operations, storing and sharing information requested by public institutions and organizations, fulfilling notification obligations, and fulfilling other legal obligations,
    • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of our systems and applications,
    • Sharing information and documents that are essential for conducting business with our business partners in the context of presenting and developing our products and services, and for other similar purposes.

    In addition, your personal data may be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, and the secondary legislation related to the aforementioned laws, obligations arising from tax legislation, and other cases required by other competent public authorities and relevant other legislation, your personal data may be processed, transferred to STONE PANEL’s physical and/or electronic archives and information systems, and stored both digitally and physically.

    1. d) To Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

    Your personal data mentioned above may be transferred, within the scope of the Law and related legislation and for the purposes listed above, to:</ p>

    • Service providers and business partners who provide infrastructure and software support, with whom we cooperate and whose services we use,
    • Official institutions and organizations such as regulatory and supervisory authorities,
    • Third parties from whom we receive consultancy services, including lawyers, tax advisors, and auditors, Our business partners may share your personal data in accordance with the law and the rules of integrity, and in compliance with the principle of proportionality, by means of confidentiality agreements that include provisions on data transfer.
    1. e) Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data

    Your personal data is processed by STONE PANEL in accordance with the principles set forth in the Law and in line with the purposes stated above, in order to provide products and services and to ensure that the rights and obligations regulated by the Law are fulfilled appropriately.

    1. f) Your Rights as a Data Subject

    Under the Law, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; if so, request information about this processing; learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country; to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction and/or deletion or destruction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, object to the processing of your data exclusively through automated systems if there is a possibility of an adverse outcome, and request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

    Requests made within this scope will be processed as soon as possible and free of charge, within a maximum of thirty days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, the fee specified by the Board may be charged. If the request is made due to an error originating from STONE PANEL, the fee charged will be refunded.

    Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your request to exercise the above-mentioned rights to STONE PANEL in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Personal Data Protection Board has not specified any method at this time, you must submit your request to STONE PANEL in writing, in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, STONE PANEL explains the channels and procedures for submitting your written requests under Article 11 of the KVKK.

    Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your request regarding the application in writing to STONE PANEL. You can submit your request in writing to STONE PANEL by filling out the form on our website and attaching a photocopy of your ID and other contact information, and sending it with a wet signature to the Customer Relations Department at “Esentepe Mah, Kır Gülü Sk, No:13/A Şişli, Istanbul,” either in person, through a notary, by registered mail, or by email to destek@ STONE PANEL.com.tr email address.

    1. g) Cases Not Requiring Consent

    Pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the KVKK, provided that it is expressly stipulated in the laws, it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary for STONE PANEL, as the data controller, to fulfill its legal obligations, it has been made public by the relevant person, it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, or where it is necessary for the legitimate interests of STONE PANEL as the data controller, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, STONE PANEL has the right to process personal data without obtaining explicit consent.
